I am a project manager with over seven years of experience leading initiatives that optimize operations, strengthen communication, and drive measurable results across diverse industries. I'm PMP certified with a master’s in project management from Georgetown University.
My background spans the entertainment, nonprofit, and financial education startup sectors, giving me a well-rounded perspective on managing teams, aligning stakeholders, and delivering projects that balance creativity with strong governance. I began my career in television and radio production through a series of marketing
and media internships, eventually transitioning into a project management role at a large-scale radio organization.
In stepping into my first leadership position, I quickly developed a strong foundation in project planning, risk management, and transparent communication processes, skills that continue to shape how I lead projects and support organizational initiatives today.
I am proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. I help organizations improve project execution, operational systems, and risk-informed decision-making across complex environments, while integrating regulatory compliance into day-to-day operations.
Outside of work, I enjoy vlogging, learning Japanese and Korean, and cooking from scratch, activities that support creativity, discipline, and balance.
